According to some listings on the Geekbench website, the smartphone will run on 8GB RAM and will have internal storage of 128 GB, which can be further extended by using a micro SD card.

The V21e 5G will be backed up by a 4,000mAh battery which will be supported by a 44W fast charging. Compared to the 4G variant, the phone will be charged fast as the 4G variant offers only 33W fast charging.
