The company Tecno launched its first Tecno Spark Go series smartphone back in 2019 and now comes with its 2021 edition. The Tecno Spark Go series devices are entry-level smartphones, meaning they are very budget-friendly and provide a smartphone experience at affordable rates. Tecno announces that sales for the Spark Go 2021 will start from 7th July. And will be available in three color options, which include Galaxy Blue, Maldives Blue & Horizon Orange.
Tecno Spark Go 2021 comes with a bezel-less display with a front-camera notch and runs on Android 10 OS. The screen is 6.52 inches and provides resolutions up to 720p. The phone also has 4G-enabled dual-sim capabilities, a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner, light sensor, proximity sensor, and much more. When it comes to battery capacity, the phone has up to 5000mAh battery storage, which is a good number, especially for a phone that is an entry-level budget smartphone. The processor that the smartphone is powered with is the MediaTek Helio A20.
Tecno Spark Go 2021 comes with an 8MP front camera with f/2.0 aperture and a dual 13MP rear camera with AI. This is pretty good as lower apertures can focus on subjects better, making this phone a fit choice for portraits.
The phone storage options of the Tecno Spark Go 2021 include 2GB of onboard RAM and 32GB of in-built storage, which can be expanded up to 256GB with the help of a MicroSD slot. The Dual-sim feature can accommodate two nano-sims that can be 4G enabled. Other than that, the phone also comes with Wi-Fi capabilities, Bluetooth 4.20, MicroUSB charging port, 3.5mm headphone jack & VoLTE enabled 4G calls.
The Tecno Spark Go 2021 is priced at Rs. 7299 in India but you can get a Rs. 600 discount on Amazon that puts the device in the budget smartphone category. For the price, it comes equipped with a good amount of features. India holds a big chunk of the market share of the budget smartphone category. And providing value for money is one thing that the device is aiming to do.
