Samsung Galaxy F22 listed on Bluetooth SIG certification site

In India, Samsung is preparing to unveil a new F-series smartphone. Samsung has yet to make a formal statement about the launch of the new Smartphone. The Galaxy F22 might be the next F-series smartphone to be released. SM-E225F is supposed to be the model number of the phone, and it’s being speculated that it’s a rebrand of the Galaxy A22, which was unveiled earlier this month. A recent Bluetooth SIG certification listing verified the same.

The Galaxy F22 has been identified in a certification that claims the Galaxy A22 and Galaxy F22 are the same smartphones. It indicates that the device is equipped with Bluetooth 5.0 with Low Energy. The Samsung Galaxy F22 may come in both 4G and 5G versions. Ahead of the debut of Galaxy F22 the smartphone’s support website has gone online, in India. The website does not provide any further information on the gadget other than its model number.

The Galaxy F22 5G is almost certainly a 5G version of the Galaxy A22. Then Galaxy F22 5G can be expected to have a 6.6-inch FHD+ display with a refresh rate of 60Hz just as Galaxy A22. MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC is supposed to power the device. It will have 8GB of Ram and 128GB of internal storage which can be extended with an SD card.

It could come pre-installed with OneUI 3.1, an Android 11-based, and will have a 5,000mAh battery with 15W fast charging capability. In optical terms, the device can feature a quad-camera system with a 48MP primary sensor, a 5MP ultrawide lens, and a 2MP depth camera on the rear. There’s also a fingerprint scanner on the back of the phone.

The Galaxy F22 4G is supposed to match the specifications of the 4G version of the Galaxy A22. Then, the 4G Galaxy F22 can be expected to come with a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED HD+ display with a 90Hz refresh rate. It would be dragging its power from MediaTek Helio G80 SoC. The device is supposed to have 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The phone comes with the OneUI 3.1, which is based on Android 11.

In optical terms, the device includes a 48MP main sensor, an 8MP ultrawide lens, a 2MP macro camera, and a 2MP depth sensor. For selfies, there’s a 13MP front camera. The phone has a battery of 5,000mAh with 15W fast charging capabilities. For further security, a fingerprint sensor is placed on the side.
