Realme is bringing a new device to it’s C series phones, the Realme C12, which was already launched in Indonesia along with Realme C15 and is going to be launched in India on 18th August at 12:30pm. The launch date is officially announced by the company and is also on their official website along with the Lucky draw activity to have a chance to win Realme C12 or a 100 off R-Pass. The phone gets its advantage over it’s huge battery, a 6000mAh of battery capacity.
Display & Processor
Realme C12 features a 6.5 inch IPS LCD HD+(1920x1080p) Mini-drop full-screen with 88% screen-to-body ratio and 20:9 aspect ratio. The phone is powered by the 12nm octa-core Helio G35 processor, Cortex A53 CPU with upto 2.3GHZ clock speed paired with 3GB LPDDR4 RAM and 32GB ROM.
The company claims that the processor has scored 109,054 on the AnTuTu and that the processor is so much better than other entry-level processors. The processor works fine for both daily needs and also heavy gaming purposes. The phone comes with the smooth Realme UI which is based on Android 10 .
Battery:
The company claims that the 6000mAh mega battery is going long for upto 57days on Standby. If you are looking for a phone to last longer than a day, Realme C12 will be a great choice. The company also mentioned other performances of the mega battery such as, 46 hours of voice call, 60 hours of music playback, 28hours of video playback, 27 hours of google maps (or navigation) and around 9 hours of gaming.
Additionally there is also a Super Power Saving Mode for incredible power savings where the phone allows you to use basic features and six most used apps on the phone and can last for upto 2.9 days in standby 2.45 hours calling and around 1hour 45 minutes on WhatsApp. Other than the battery the phone also has some good features.
Camera:
Let us start with the camera. The phone has an AI triple rear camera with LED flash that consists of a 13MP primary lens, 2MP macro lens with a shooting distance of 4cm and a 2MP B&W lens for portrait and a 5MP AI selfie camera.
The camera has a Super Nightscape mode for bright pictures and low lighting conditions, Chrome boost mode, HDR, Slo-mo video recording and upto 1080p at 30fps of video recording.
Other features:
The Realme C12 has an instant fingerprint sensor on the back and also has face unlock feature for biometric security. The phone supports 4G VoLTE with two sim card slots and a dedicated memory card slot for upto 256gb of expandable memory. It also has a 3.5mm audio jack.
The phone will be having a 6000mAh battery as mentioned before with a 10W charging support and also has a reverse charging feature to charge your other devices on the go.
Price:
The phone is expected to be launched in two colors, coral red and marine blue. The company has not made any announcement about the Indian prices yet but the Realme C12 was launched in Indonesia at IDR 1,899,000 which is approximately Rs. 9,650.
