OnePlus, it’s now among the world’s most dominating phones which stands head to head with Apple and Samsung. It has released many smartphones, Smartwatches along with other devices. A recent tweet from OnePlus shows they are going to launch a new Smart Tv called OnePlus TV 40Y1 on 24th May.
The manufacturer is going to launch its smart TV in the Y-series listing on May 24 2021. Through their official webpage, they have disclosed regarding this device which would be called as “OnePlus TV 40Y1.” As the name suggests, this Y series Tv is expected to have multiple features in it as compared to its predecessors. The present-day Y series TV has two models, i.e., 32 inches and 43 inches. Now, they have also mentioned the screen size of this upcoming TV i.e., expected to be around 40 inches.
The website also discloses the key specifications of this TV. This device would run on the 64-bit processor as well as Android TV 9.0 which is based on Oxygen Play support. It will also feature a 1 GB of Ram along with an 8GB of the storage facility. The 40-inch screen provides support of Full HD resolution. It will feature Gamma Engine that is expected to include dynamic contrast which would improve picture quality better along with, Anti-aliasing, noise reduction, dynamic contrast, and colour space mapping etc.
This would provide a great experience for movies and web series. It would also be favourable for gaming lovers as it would provide a great experience to play with their consoles attached to this monstrous device. Tv sound, the picture would give a virtual reality feeling. Consumers will also get an in-built Chromecast along with google assistant and Alexa. It would also provide two 20 W speakers that would have Dolby digital support. Two HDMI ports, two USB ports, one ethernet port, RF connection input etc. will all be the additional offerings by the manufacturer.
OnePlus also disclosed about this on its official Twitter handle attaching pictures of this TV revealing that it would be made available on Flipkart and its OnePlus store. This Smart TV would be a fantastic device for movie and web-series lovers as it would provide a greater experience of sound and picture.
