OnePlus Nord CE 5G with Snapdragon 750G SoC, 90Hz Display launched

OnePlus recently launched two new smart devices and by the looks of them, OnePlus fans are going to love them both. OnePlus hosted a live-streaming launch event on Youtube. The company launched the OnePlus TV U1S and the OnePlus Nord CE 5G. Both the devices were highly awaited by OnePlus fans as specifications about the smart devices were coming even before today’s launch.

The most anticipated part of the event, the launch of the OnePlus Nord CE 5G gave all the required information about the smart device. By the looks of it, the device is surely going to surpass all the previous Nord smartphones. It is by far the slimmest smartphone of OnePlus.

The OnePlus Nord CE 5G is priced at Rs. 29,999 for the 12GB RAM variant. It comes with a 6.43-inch FHD+ Fluid AMOLED display supported by a 90Hz refresh rate. The handset operates on Android 11. It is powered by a Snapdragon 750G SoC processor and features up to 12 GB of RAM. The smartphone features an on-screen fingerprint sensor for security. Also, it is given glass-finish at the back.

The OnePlus Nord CE features a triple vertical rear camera setup, with a 64MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide sensor and a 2MP depth sensor. A punch-hole cutout selfie snapper of 16MP supports selfies and video calls.

The handset is backed up by a 4,500mAh battery supported by warp charge 30T Plus. OnePlus claimed that the device can charge from 0 to 70 % within 30 minutes. Also, it is stated to have a 20% battery performance increase from the previous Nord.

The OnePlus Nord CE 5G will be available to buy from the 16th of June. However, pre-booking for the device will start from tomorrow (11 June).
