Nokia has launched two new phones, Nokia 215 and Nokia 225 with key features in India. Nokia 215 and Nokia 225 have 4G connectivity, better social media browsing and multiplayer gaming. Sanmeet Singh, the Vice President of HMD Global has launched these two new feature phones of Nokia which come with English Dictionary and wireless FM radio. Once charged, the phones remain on standby time for 24 days. Cameras are also provided in the back of the phone. The Nokia 215 and Nokia 225 were first launched in China, earlier this month.
Nokia 215 4G and Nokia 225 4G have a 2.4-inch QVGA display, available in 124.7 × 51.0×13.7mm and has 128MB of onboard storage which can be increased to 32GB with the help of micro SD card. For connectivity, the phones have 4G Volte, Bluetooth 5.0, FM radio, Micro USB port and 3.5mm headphone jack. MP3 players will be pre-installed in the phone. Both the Nokia 215 and Nokia 225 are Nano dual sim phones and have RTOS based on the Series 30 Plus operating system There is a similarity in both specifications.
Nokia 215 and Nokia 225 have differences in the features of the camera. The Nokia 225 has a 0.3-megapixel camera on the back with which to take photos, videos are in VGA resolution which is not available in the Nokia 215. Nokia 215 weighs 90.3 grams while Nokia 225 is available with a weight of 90.1 grams. Nokia 215 is available in two colors Cyan Green and Black and Nokia 225 is available in three colors, Classic Blue, Metallic Sand and Black which are glossy and hard coated colors.
Price and availability
Nokia 215 4G is priced at Rs 2,949 and Nokia 225 4G is priced at Rs 3499. Both the phones would be available for purchase from October 23rd on the official page of Nokia and across retail outlets in India from November 6th. It also will be available on Flipkart.
