Honor globally announced the launch of its Band 6 fitness tracker in match 2021 after its successful launch in China back in November 2020. And now the Honor Band 6 is leading the way to India as the hand device appears on the Flipkart.
Although with a 1.47-inch AMOLED display, the Band 6 has a bigger display than the previous Honor Watch ES, it is identical to the last generation fitness tracker. Packed with various features, the Honor Band 6 is labelled with the Honor logo on the right edge and a red navigation button on the left.
A SpO2 monitor to measure blood-oxygen level, an all-day heart rate monitor, female cycle tracking and at least 10 workout modes make this band a never before product. The 10 workout mode is specialised in Outdoor run, Indoor run, Outdoor walk, Indoor cycling, Outdoor cycling, Freestyle, Indoor swimming, Rowing machine, Elliptical machine, and Indoor walking, enabling you to track every detail of your workout.
It comes with a truSleep algorithm that helps with detailed data of sleep duration, stages, sleep suggestion and many other insights for sleep tracking. The battery life is said to be excellent as it offers a 14 days battery life on a single charge with typical usage and a 10 days battery life on heavy usage.
As for connectivity with a smartphone, the band trait includes media control, weather updates, calendar events, alarms, remote camera shutter, find my phone. Incoming calls on the smartphone can be pushed to the watch.
The Honor app allows you to choose the watch face from a vast collection or even customise your own watch face. It will be available in Meteorite Black, Sandstone Grey and Coral Pink colours, giving it an extremely stylish look.
Already launched at the global market, the Honor Band 6 was priced at 49.9 euros (approx. Rs 4,425). It seems the price in India will also be in the same range. Yet to launch in India, it is supposed to be available at Flipkart. There is no information about the band’s price yet but it is expected to surpass all the previous bands of honor, in both functions and price.
