Galaxy Watch 4 LTE and Wi-Fi variants listed on FCC certification site

Samsung is a worldwide famous technology manufacturer brand and its products never disappoint their customers. The South Korean company is again at our service as rumours have it that it is going to launch its new Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 LTE soon. By just the name of the company, we can expect the watch to be an excellent product.

The Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 LTE has already made its way to the FCC website with specs listing. However, the company hasn’t officially announced anything about the launch of the watch 4 LTE. The watch might come this year in the second quarter, as per the listings. 

According to the listing, the watch will come with model no. SM-885U. The watch might feature an Android operating system this time rather than the company’s Tizen OS. Talking about the connectivity, the listing suggests that the watch will support Bluetooth, Wi-Fi (2.4GHz-5GHz), NFC and many other LTE bands.

The Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 LTE will have a battery model EB-BR880ABY. Also, the smartwatch will support 5W wireless charging as wireless charger model no. EP-OR825 has also been listed. The watch might also support many other accessories as listed on the FCC site.

As per some other reports, the smartwatch will have two screen size variants. The Galaxy Watch 4 LTE will come in 42mm and 46mm screen sizes. Also, according to the Safety Korea listing, the Watch 4 LTE 42mm variant is supposed to come with a 240mAh battery.

Samsung has not revealed the launch date for the Galaxy Watch 4 LTE yet, but according to a report by Front Page Tech, the smart device will go on sale in the market by the 11th of August. However, according to some reports in the past, the watch will come into the market in Q2 2021.
