Just after the successful ending of MWC 2021, we have another unpacking event on which we can set our eyes, The Galaxy unpacked 2021 event. Samsung is going to host the Galaxy unpacked event on the 11th of August, at 10 AM EST. It is assumed to be a massive event and it creates a huge buzz in the market.
Samsung, through its event poster shared by @FrontTron and clearly indicated that the South Korean giant is going to launch its Galaxy Z Fold3, Z Flip3, Buds2 and Watch4 in the unpacked event on August 11. According to DDaily, Samsung officially confirms the event date for the Galaxy Unpacked 2021 and will announce 5 products.
The Galaxy Z Fold 3 comes with a 6.23-inch Super AMOLED cover display and a 7.55-inch Super AMOLED foldable display. According to some previous listings on the Geekbench site, the Galaxy Z Fold 3 is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor and will run on the Android 11 OS with 12GB RAM support. Talking about the camera, there will be a triple camera setup of 12 MP sensors each, a 16MP selfie shooter under the display and a 10MP selfie shooter on the cover display, making it a total of 5 sensor camera setup.
Talking about the Galaxy Z Flip 3, it will come with a 1.9-inch external display along with a 6.7-inch internal display supported by a refresh rate of 12Hz. The Z Flip 3 will be also powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor supported by 8GB RAM. Further, it will be backed up by a 3,30mAh battery that supports both 25W wired as well as 15W wireless fast charging. Moreover, both Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Z Flip 3 are claimed to be cheaper than their predecessors.
Samsung will also unveil the Galaxy Watch 4 and Watch Active 4 along with the Galaxy Buds 2 in the upcoming Galaxy event. Price and colour render about the devices have leaked and we have already provided a separate article regarding that.
