Galaxy S21 FE will support 25W fast charging: Reports

Samsung is expected to launch the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE this year. The smartphone will be the successor to the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE launched last year. Earlier, the Galaxy S21 FE was supposed to launch in the month of August. The launch has been delayed for now, according to some reports, as some components are lacking. There are speculations that the smartphone launch is delayed due to the global chip shortage. Now, Samsung is reported to launch the Galaxy S21 FE somewhere in between September and October.

Talking about the smartphone, the Galaxy S21 FE charger has appeared on China’s 3C listing for the model number SM-G990. According to the listing, the smartphone will support 25W fast charging. It is an upgrade considering that the previous S20 FE could only support 15W charging. There are also rumours that the smartphone might or might not come with a charger. However, nothing is confirmed yet.

Talking about the expected specifications of the S21 FE, it might come with a 6.4-inch HD+ AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz. It might have a central punch-hole display. The device is supposed to be powered by a Snapdragon 888 processor. The smartphone is expected to come with 6-8 GB of RAM (the 8GB variant has also been spotted on Geekbench). The device is expected to be backed up by a 4,500mAh battery supported by 25W fast charging. There aren’t many specs revealed about the camera of the smartphone yet. However, it might have a triple camera setup at the back and a 32MP front selfie shooter.

A total of four colors is expected to be available on this Samsung device. According to some reports, the device will be priced at KRW 700,000(roughly 45,900) in South Korea. Considering this, the smartphone will be cheaper than the current Samsung Galaxy S20 FE.
