BoAt launches Xtend Smartwatch in India priced at Rs. 2,999

With the launch of the first-ever smartwatch: “BoAt Watch Xtend”, Indian electronic brand BoAt hopes to expand its business in India. Amazon Alexa voice assistant had been included in the wristwatch for hand-free and smart operation. A variety of sensors like Optical Heart Rate sensors, SpO2 sensors, and sleep monitors are included in the wristwatch that can measure heart rate, SPo2, and sleeping habits respectively. Other than these sensors the wearable also includes a stress monitor and step counter. These sensors and fitness trackers are automatic and on the other hand, they can be operated manually too.

As far as specifications are concerned, a 1.69-inch capacitive LCD touch display is included with the BoAt Xtend. The display features an automatic brightness adjustment for better visibility at any place. The developers have added approx 14 active sports modes in the wristwatch including, hiking, cycling, rowing, working out, and many more. The wearable is well equipped with other phone features like calling, texting, and social media applications notification alerts. Users can also use this smartwatch to set alarms. The device also has a water and dust-resistant rating of 5 ATM.

This smart gadget is powered by a battery of 300mAh and can run for a week on a single charge. BoAt Xtend comes with a magnetic charger and takes 2 hours for charging. Sandy cream, Olive green, Pitch black, Deep blue are the color options in which this BoAt product is available in the market.

The technology firm has launched BoAt Xtend at a price of Rs. 2,999 with a standard warranty of 1 year. The gadget will be available on Amazon and on the official website of BoAt.

The boAt is trying to take its TWS market a step up. Earlier this month, the gadget corporation also launched a new set of TWS earbuds in India. The Airdopes 281 Pro earphones are the successor to the BoAt Airdopes 281 and incorporate ENx technology and are currently available at a price of Rs. 1,999.
